如果你在意的是睡眠和恢复,买智能戒指——这是大多数人愿意整夜戴着的唯一形态。如果你需要内置 GPS 和心电图,买运动手表。想完全避开订阅,可选清单是 Polar、Garmin、三星、Ultrahuman 和 Withings;Whoop 根本不单卖设备,只随年度会员提供,而 Oura 的 Gen3 及更新款戒指必须订阅 Membership。下面是 12 款在售设备,每一项参数都追溯到厂商自己的页面,并标注核实日期。
整页贯穿一条规则:厂商没有公布的数字,单元格就写「Not stated」(未说明)。这里没有任何估算、没有从相近型号推断、也没有从评测里抄。一张明显不完整的表格是诚实的;一张自信而错误的表格会被引用并扩散开来。空白单元格本身就是发现:好几家厂商至今不公布重量,还有几家从来没有提到过一项本该属于该品类的指标。
设备能测、App 会显示、API 会开放,是三件不同的事。一台设备可以带血氧传感器,却只在你主动要求时测一次:Polar 自己的手册写着 Vantage V3 测血氧「whenever you want in just 45 seconds」,而 Oura 明确说只在睡眠期间测。Garmin 则让你自己选:全天、睡眠期间,或手动。设备也可能算出一项指标,却把它藏在最便宜的套餐之外:Whoop 的血氧、皮肤温度和呼吸频率都在 Health Monitor 里,而 WHOOP One 会员拿不到这个功能。下面的表格把这些分开:「设备测什么」讲的是硬件以及厂商声称它产出什么,「数据获取」讲的是什么能离开设备。

Oura Readiness、Whoop Recovery、Polar Nightly Recharge、Garmin Body Battery 和三星 Energy Score 是不同刻度上的不同构造,用不同的输入、在不同的时间点采样得来。一家的 70 分不等于另一家的 70 分,跨设备取平均得到的数字毫无意义。Garmin 明确写道,Body Battery 由心率变异性、压力水平、睡眠质量和活动数据构成,刻度为 5 到 100,并且会随着白天推移而变化——是一个实时油量表。Whoop 的 Recovery 则锚定在深睡期采得的单次夜间 HRV 读数上。这两者回答的是不同的问题。每个评分只应与它自己的历史比较。

睡眠监测设备的价值,取决于你愿不愿意戴着它睡觉,所以戒指在舒适度上占优:Oura Ring 5 最轻 2 克,Ultrahuman Ring PRO 3.3 克,而 Whoop 手环约 26.5 克,最小号 Apple Watch 30.3 克。续航同样重要,因为夜里要充电的设备就是会漏记夜晚的设备。Apple Watch Series 11 标称正常使用最长 24 小时;这里其他所有设备都标称一周以上,Withings ScanWatch 2 标称 35 天。

若想把 HRV 从厂商 App 里取出来做自己的分析,Polar 和 Withings 最容易:两家都有可以直接注册的公开 API。Oura 的 API 对任何账号持有者开放,但 Gen3 及更新款戒指需要有效的 Membership。什么算是好的 HRV 是另一个问题——简短的答案是,它只有相对于你自己的基线才有意义。
最清楚的差别是商业模式,不是技术。Oura 卖给你一只戒指——欧盟商店银色或黑色 429 欧元——然后对 Gen3 及更新款戒指每年收 69.99 欧元的 Membership,两年合计 568.98 欧元。Whoop 根本不单独卖设备:欧盟商店 WHOOP One 每年 199 欧元,WHOOP Peak 每年 264 欧元,各含一台 WHOOP 5.0,所以两年是 398 或 528 欧元,硬件已包含在内。技术上,戒指 2 克,手环约 26.5 克;两者都没有 GPS。想要心电图就得选每年 399 欧元 Life 套餐里的 WHOOP MG,因为 Whoop 直接写明 WHOOP 5.0 不带这项功能。另可参阅我们更长的一篇:恢复评分为何互不一致。
这里的三款戒指——Oura Ring 5、三星 Galaxy Ring、Ultrahuman Ring PRO——都没有 GPS,也没有心电图。三款都标称一周以上续航,重量都在十克以内。手表则相反:Apple Watch Series 11 增加了心电图、跌倒检测、内置 GPS 和睡眠呼吸暂停提醒,但标称正常使用最长 24 小时,意味着你得围着睡眠时段安排充电。Withings ScanWatch 2 是个例外——一款带心电图和 24/7 体温追踪的混合指针表,标称 35 天。
Garmin 在这点上说得最响。CIRQA Smart Band 的宣传语就是「Track all day. Look later. No subscription required.」,Garmin 并说明数据同步到 Garmin Connect App 不额外收费,Connect+(每月 6.99 美元或每年 69.99 美元)纯属可选。Polar 也白纸黑字写着:「No monthly fees. No locked features. Full access to every feature from day one.」另一个极端是 Whoop,完全没有免订阅的路径;而 Oura 的 Membership 正是 Gen3 及更新款戒指解锁 API 的钥匙——所以如果你打算在 Oura App 之外使用自己的数据,Membership 就不是可选项。
HRV(心率变异性) 是相邻两次心跳间隔时间的波动,以毫秒计。它不是体能评分,而是对自主神经系统平衡的粗略读数,只有相对于你自己的基线才有意义。各家的算法不同——苹果发布的是 SDNN,即正常心跳间隔的标准差——采样时间也不同,这就是为什么同一晚戴两台设备会得到不一致的结果。
就绪度或恢复评分 是厂商把夜间信号(通常是 HRV、静息心率、睡眠和近期活动)按自家专有方式混合后压缩成的单一数字,一般是 0 到 100。行业内既无统一定义也无共用刻度。SpO2 是血氧饱和度,通过光学方式估算。皮肤温度 通常报告为相对你自己近几晚的偏差,而不是绝对值。连接式 GPS 意味着设备本身没有 GPS 芯片,借用手机的。
Vitra 是一款桌面应用,读取你戒指的数据并解释给你听。上面表格的最后一行只有三种状态。支持——Oura,通过公开的 Oura API 读取,这就是目前受支持的全部清单。开发中——Polar,代码已经写好,但仍在一个未打开的开关后面;此外还有 Ultrahuman 和 Withings,两者都在开发清单上,因为它们各自都有第三方真正能够到的 API。这三者目前都还不可用,也都没有对外提供。不支持——其余全部,单元格里写的是真实原因,而不是含糊的「即将推出」。凡是没有真正列入开发清单的,都不会被标为「开发中」。
其中两款设备根本无法被桌面应用支持,与其含糊带过,不如说清楚原因。Apple Health 把数据交给运行在用户自己 iPhone 或 Apple Watch 上的 App;苹果声明没有任何途径让苹果自身获得访问权,也不存在桌面应用可以调用的服务端 API。Samsung Health 通过 Android 端上 SDK 读取,没有公开的云端 API。谷歌的云端路径 Google Health API 把每一项权限都放在隐私与安全审核之后。这些都是可核查的事实,不是借口——但它们同样是 Mac 或 Windows 应用短期内不会读取你 Apple Watch 的原因。
不太光彩的部分:由于 Vitra 通过 Oura API 读取 Oura,而 Oura 对 Gen3 及更新款戒指的 API 访问要求有效的 Membership,Vitra 无法替你免掉这笔经常性支出。它免掉的是自己的那份——Vitra 是一次性买断——但底下那层 Membership 是 Oura 的,不是我们的。
